Our purpose is to enable and inspire a life of pure and total health for those seeking it.

What is pure and total health?

It’s the soundness of your body, mind and spirit. When you’re on the path to pure and total health, you’re either striving for or achieving:

• a clear and open mind
• a body that feels great and is full of energy
• a connection to your core, the essence of who you are

How do you get on the path to pure and total health?

You start living it!  Buddha said, “You cannot travel on the path until you become the path itself.”  This is the key and why the PATH Fitness Retreat was created –– so you can feel it and be it.

What is the PATH Fitness Retreat?

It’s a place where, for one week, you’re disconnected from the stress, demands and routine of your normal daily life.  You live in a beautiful setting where the focus is on you.  We even get to know you before we meet you by using an in-depth intake process to understand your health history, experience with exercise, nutritional background, and relaxation needs. Our professional staff aligns a program to meet your health needs and goals. At arrival, you are greeted by an assigned personal fitness trainer who works with you for the duration of your week to ensure we meet your objectives. You’re guided through sunrise meditations, stretches, six to eighteen-mile hikes, yoga, strength-training and playtime. You can expect a week of hard work –– you’re working on you after all!  We’ll help you push to new limits.

What do you get for all this hard work?

A variety of things which may include some or all of the following:

• A massage every evening
• Snacks & meals consisting of ingredients that are vegetarian-friendly and local, seasonal & organic when possible
• A connection with nature

Who is behind this wonderful idea?

This venture is backed and created by two entrepreneurial women with backgrounds in wellness, Linzi Breckenridge and Kasey Obarski.  They saw a need and an opportunity to create a program that fosters healthy living and a return to balance.  In addition, the PATH Fitness Retreat is supported by bright, well-educated and experienced fitness instructors, wellness professionals and expert guest speakers.
