Our Sunday-Saturday all-inclusive programs have four basic elements: a beautiful, inspiring location that is mindful of your privacy and expectation for comfort, an enriching, organic vegetarian diet, daily hikes that build from 6 to 18+ miles and a personal fitness trainer that ensures your week exceeds your expectations.
You can start by choosing one of the following three programs:
Signature Weight Loss Program, $3500/week, shared room
This one week program is for the person on a path to lose weight and keep it off.
Calories In: Our Signature Weight Loss program meals and snacks generally range between 1,000-1,500 calories per day. We determine your portions based on your age, sex, height, current weight and desired weight. Then we provide you with the appropriate number of calories to support and safely meet your goal.
Calories Out: Your personal fitness trainer will ensure you are burning as many calories as possible throughout the day. We will focus 100% on getting your metabolism operating at top speed therefore you will be expected to attend all offered classes.
This intense, yet highly rewarding week will conclude with a plan on how to incorporate what you have learned and experienced at the PATH Fitness Retreat so you can integrate it into your normal daily life. We want you to continue reaping the benefits of all your hard work. And guess what? You can expect us to follow up!
Fitness/Sports Training Program, $3500/week, shared room
This one week program is designed with the athlete or weekend warrior in mind.
Calories In: You’ll be training hard so your body is going to need a lot of nutritional support. This program includes meals and snacks that generally range between 1,500-2,400+ calories per day. We determine your portions based on your age, sex, height, current weight, desired weight and fitness goals. Then we provide you with the appropriate number of calories to support your objective.
Calories Out: Your personal fitness trainer is focused on pushing you to your limits. We want you to be stronger, more flexible, to move faster and jump higher. This week is designed to give you an edge.
You will conclude this challenging week with a plan on how to continue making strides and breaking plateaus in your training once you return to your normal daily life. Your body will feel amazing and thank you for this week!
Relaxation/Cleanse Program, $3500/week, shared room
This one week program is the best gift you could ever give yourself – or someone else!
Calories In: The Relaxation/Cleanse program includes meals and snacks that generally range between 1200-1800+ calories per day. We determine your portions based on your age, sex, height, current weight and health goals. Then we provide you with the appropriate number of calories to support your aim.
Calories Out: Your personal fitness trainer is solely focused on helping you clear your head and detoxify. This program is less about the expenditure of energy and more about the rejuvenation and restoration of your body.
This is the only PATH Fitness Retreat program when we consider it acceptable to sit by the ocean, take a nap or read a book instead of participating in a class. Even though you won’t want to return to your normal daily life, we try to make it easier by providing you with a plan to keep stress at bay and focus on what matters – you!

The difference between us and “them” is that we get to know you and look forward to personalizing your week. We understand that everyone comes with a unique history and is traveling on a different path. We love that!
Now that you’ve chosen the program right for you, the next step is to make your reservation. We limit each week to 12 guests so each person receives ample individual attention. After your reservation is made, you will be contacted by a PATH Fitness Retreat personal trainer who will help you with the pre-arrival process. We will then give you all the information necessary to help you book your travel to a San Francisco-Bay Area airport. Once you arrive at the designated pick up spot Sunday morning, we take over from there –– and you’ll be in very good hands!
